Custom Design Service for Local Stylists.

*All designs belong exclusively to IMDN Fashion Designing Studio. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permissionIMDN is a custom freelance fashion design service open to local Fashion Stylists for women's wear Only. Clients of the Stylists of whom IMDN represent must provide a deadline as to when they will need all designs in hand. A specific date must be provided to ensure a smooth process both for IMDN and our client. Based upon the provided deadline and the initiated 50% design deposit being received IMDN will then ensure that the client receives her product no later than 5 business days prior to provided deadline from the client. Please note, All custom designs are made to order and will have a maximum of *3 week production depending on the complexity of the design. Stylists, please set this expectation clearly to the client when determining deadline. Every production of designs are case by case. If the design requires more time the stylist will be notified at the time of consultation to relay to our client. More details are discussed at the time of consultation pertaining to service fees and production process. 

IMDN Fashion Designs

IMDN is a custom design small label brand and are extremely limited in quantity thus we do not issue refunds. IMDN has a 7 day return policy on all returnable items, excluding on sale items or items purchased with gift cards. Items must be returned by 7 days from delivery date for IMDN to honor. Customers are able to exchange or are given a store credit considering the return item is in its original form with all labels attached, no signs of wear, and are odorless. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, odor free, stainless, and in its original packaging. For the protection and care of the customer IMDN ensures a thorough quality check is conducted due to each garment being 100% handmade. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Pictures of damages may be requested.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As PillowsbyIM functions primarily on handmade products, there are extremely limited stock. Please be mindful that the product that was originally purchased may or may not still be available at the time of exchange. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
